Consignment service for your plant
The material your plant uses every day, always at hand. It belongs to IMS until you take it, and you only pay for what you use.
IMS places its own material (PPE, consumables, tools and maintenance spare parts) in a cabinet or storeroom inside your plant. Your staff logs what they take on a very simple screen, IMS visits your plant every week to count and restock, and at the end of each period you pay only for what was consumed.

Five steps, from signing to invoice
Everything is recorded in SAMI, the IMS system. You log in with your own users and only see your company's data.
We agree on the catalog and levels
Together we define which parts go on consignment and, for each one, its minimum, reorder point, maximum and price.
We install the material at your plant
We stock the cabinet or storeroom up to each part's maximum, with an opening count.
They take the material and log it
Whoever needs something takes it and enters how many pieces in "Log what I take". A PDF withdrawal slip is generated.
Weekly visit: we count and restock
We count what's there, compare it with what was logged and restock to the maximum on the same visit.
Period close and invoice
At the end of each period (weekly, biweekly or monthly) we issue the delivery note and the invoice (CFDI) for what was used.
Your consumption and invoices, online
Your company logs in with its own users and only sees its own information, never other customers'.
- Your consumption. By week, by month and by cost center, with the detail of every withdrawal.
- Your slips. The PDF withdrawal slip for every entry, for your internal control.
- Your invoices and payments. Invoices and payment receipts with PDF and XML, ready for purchasing and finance.
